Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.

Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive online sales.
Resolve account-related issues, customer complaints, and platform compliance matters.
Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
