Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Kianext Healthcare to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.).

• Create, optimize, and monitor product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

• Execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and platform-specific marketing activities.

• Monitor account health, product performance, customer feedback, and seller ratings.

• Resolve operational issues including order processing, returns, replacements, and customer escalations.

• Analyze sales reports, marketplace insights, and performance trends to drive growth.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high-quality brand representation.

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Account Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, listings, catalog management, and SEO/keyword optimization.

• Familiarity with marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver results under deadlines.

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar industry (Cosmetics, Health and Wellness)

• Knowledge of digital marketing, Paid ads, and marketplace promotions.

• Graphic design/basic image editing knowledge is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
