This role oversees strategy and operations across e-commerce channels—Amazon, Flipkart, etc.—to drive online sales growth, optimize pricing, manage inventory and logistics, and elevate brand presence in the beauty segment.
Platform & Store Management
Lead operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Set up and manage Brand Stores, ensuring strong visibility and branding.
Fulfillment & Logistics
Manage FBA processes (e.g., Amazon FBA).
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely product delivery and returns.
Inventory & Barcode Management
Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels across channels.
Generate and maintain barcodes, SKUs, and related tracking.
Price & Deal Optimization
Analyze market pricing, competitor strategies, and sales data to set dynamic pricing.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, sales events).
Digital Marketing & PPC
Manage PPC campaigns across platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
Drive ROI through optimized paid strategies.
SEO & Keyword Strategy
Conduct keyword research for marketplace listings.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend for higher search rankings.
Analytics & ROI Tracking
Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion, ACoS, ROIS, reviews, and ratings.
Use analytics tools to make data-driven adjustments.
Customer Insights & Brand Management
Monitor and respond to product reviews and ratings to enhance brand perception.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams for cohesive execution.
Reporting & Strategy
Generate dashboards and reports.
Refine strategies based on performance.
3–5+ years in e-commerce, particularly in beauty/makeup categories.
Proficiency in Amazon (incl. FBA) and Flipkart ecosystems.
Expertise in price optimization, deal strategy, and pricing models.
Hands-on experience with PPC/ad platforms across marketplaces.
Strong in keyword research and listing optimization.
Solid analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce metrics and tools.
Experienced in inventory planning, logistics coordination, and demand forecasting.
Knowledge of barcode/SKU systems.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG categories.
Ability to conduct competitive analyses and market positioning.
Strong business acumen with budget planning and forecasting capabilities.
