Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing marketplaces, optimizing website performance, and executing digital marketing strategies. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end E-commerce operations (website + marketplaces)
Handle platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability
Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email)
Monitor and improve conversion rates and customer journey
Manage inventory, order processing, and returns
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports (traffic, sales, ROI)
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance)
Ensure smooth customer experience and resolve escalations
Key Skills & Requirements
3–7 years of experience in E-commerce management
Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub)
Hands-on experience with Shopify / WooCommerce (preferred)
Good understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO)
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel)
Experience in catalog management and inventory planning
Excellent communication and team management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
MBA preferred (not mandatory)
