Ecommerce Account Manager

2. Through its flagship brand "Needle," the company offers high-quality ink and printing solutions across India via Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

About the Role:

The E-commerce Executive will manage and grow the marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms.
The role involves hands-on execution of seller portal operations, advertising campaigns, catalog management, bulk uploads, and Excel-based data analysis.
The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and handling operations independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
2. Create, optimize, and update product listings.
3. Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates using Excel.
4. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
5. Create product images, banners, and marketing creatives using Canva.
6. Monitor inventory, pricing, and account health.
7. Prepare sales and performance reports.
8. Book consignments for various fulfillment centres.
9. Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and returns.
10. Create claims for returned products.

Required Skills:

1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho.

2. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, IF formulas, and data analysis.

3. Proficiency in Canva for product creatives and promotional designs.

4. Ability to work efficiently using keyboard shortcuts.

5. Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

1. 2+ years of marketplace management experience.

2. Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.

3. Experience in bulk product uploads and catalog management.
