Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end operations across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, Meesho, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalog management, order processing, inventory control, payment reconciliation, and performance optimization to drive sales and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Marketplace Account Management
Manage Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, JioMart, Meesho, Moglix, Snapdeal, Ajio, FNP, etc.
Monitor account health, resolve suppressed, blocked, or inactive listings, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
📦 Product Listing & Cataloging
Handle cataloging and listing of new and existing SKUs across all e-commerce portals.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversions.
📊 Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with warehouse (FC) teams for stock inwarding and inventory updates.
Manage daily stock levels, create shipments, and ensure timely dispatches.
Follow up with logistics partners to resolve shipment delays or issues.
💰 Payment & Reconciliation
Track purchase orders and ensure timely inwarding and invoicing.
Follow up with vendor teams for payment clearance and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and reconciliation reports.
🎯 Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns across platforms.
Monitor and maintain product ratings and reviews to enhance brand reputation.
📈 Performance Optimization
Conduct competitor analysis for pricing, listings, and positioning.
Update and optimize listings to boost sales and improve marketplace performance.
Review customer feedback and implement process improvements accordingly.
🛠 Issue Resolution
Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and replacements.
File claims for damaged or lost shipments and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Strong understanding of Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace policies.
Proficient in Excel, Tally, and e-commerce dashboards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
