E commerce marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize performance across all e-commerce platforms (own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

• Plan and execute online marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.)

• Coordinate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics

• Work with design, content, and inventory teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience

• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure high service levels

• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and operations team for order fulfillment and returns

• Track and manage e-commerce KPIs, including sales targets, ROI, and campaign performance

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform updates to ensure competitiveness

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role

• Strong understanding of online retail platforms and marketplace operations

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Experience in the fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field

• Experience working with fashion or apparel brands

• Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising
