An E-commerce Executive should know how to handle online products and orders efficiently.

Basic Skills

* Good knowledge of computers and the internet

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Email and WhatsApp communication skills

* Hindi and basic English communication

E-commerce Work Knowledge

* Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho

* Product listing and uploading

* Managing product titles, descriptions, and images

* Order processing and tracking

* Handling returns and replacements

* Managing customer support.

Sales & Marketing

* Understanding of increasing online sales

* Managing offers, discounts, and promotions

* Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing.

Inventory & Reporting

* Updating stock/inventory

* Preparing daily sales reports

* Dispatch coordination
