Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce Marketing Executive to manage online sales channels, marketplaces, and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing online sales, managing e-commerce platforms, and enhancing the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and other marketplaces.
•Handle marketplace accounts, including product uploads, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory management.
•Monitor and process orders, returns, and customer queries on online marketplaces.
•Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
•Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions.
•Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace reports.
•Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers across all online channels.
•Track competitor activities and market trends.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
