Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Executive to manage and support our online store operations. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations and must be comfortable working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.

• Upload and update product titles, descriptions, and images.

• Handle order management, including checking and processing orders.

• Coordinate order dispatch and shipment tracking.

• Communicate with logistics partners for delivery updates.

• Manage returns, cancellations, and customer order issues.

• Ensure accurate product information and smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce operations.

• Knowledge of product listing, title upload, description writing, and image management.

• Experience in order management, order checking, dispatch, and tracking coordination.

• Ability to handle returns and cancellations.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic understanding of online marketplace operations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.

• Male and Female candidates both can apply.

• Candidate must be willing to work from the office.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Final salary will depend on previous company salary and bank statement verification.

• PF and ESI will be applicable and deducted as per company policy.

Leave Policy

• 1 paid leave per month after completion of the probation/observation period.

• All national holidays will be applicable as per company policy.

• Additional leaves may be granted with prior approval from management.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
