Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Person to drive our online sales and enhance our digital brand presence. This role is crucial for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience, increase online visibility, and boost sales through various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales for FMCG products.
Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monitor and report on the performance of e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to align online and offline marketing efforts.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends and technologies.
Assist in creating engaging content (product descriptions, visuals, blog posts) for online platforms.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
