Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion across marketplaces and D2C website.

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and other platforms (sponsored ads, deals, offers, and listings).

• Handle performance marketing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, with a focus on ROI and cost-per-sale.

• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, banners, product videos, and brand storytelling.

• Monitor and improve SEO, product rankings, and keyword strategy for e-commerce platforms.

• Work closely with operations to manage stock, order flow, pricing, and customer experience.

• Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or growth management.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and D2C platforms like Shopify.

• Proficient in digital ad platforms: Meta, Google, and Analytics tools.

• Experience in building campaigns around consumer healthcare, ayurveda, or wellness is a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
