• Respond to customer inquiries and leads quickly and professionally.

• Share product details, send quotations, and follow up for orders.

• Keep track of market rates and competitor listings.

• Coordinate with our sales and dispatch teams for smooth order handling.

• Improve product visibility with better descriptions and images.

✅ Good communication & sales follow-up skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online cataloging
