E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive – Job Description

Location: Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad, A-38/11, Near Delhi Press Office.
Salary: 28000 CTC
Notice: Immediate Joiner preferred
Communication Skills: Should have good English/ Hindi Communication skills

1. Complete E-Commerce Management: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart aur other online marketplaces ke seller accounts ko end-to-end independently manage karna.

2. Online Sales Growth: Monthly sales targets, revenue growth, conversion rate aur marketplace performance ko monitor karke sales increase karna.

3. Product Listing & SEO: Product title, description, images, pricing, variations, keywords aur catalog ko optimize karke product visibility aur ranking improve karna.

4. Order & Fulfilment Management: Orders, dispatch, delivery, cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds aur courier coordination ko complete order lifecycle ke saath manage karna.

5. Inventory Control: Online aur physical stock ko synchronize karna, stock-outs/overselling prevent karna aur fast/slow-moving products ka analysis karna.

6. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho promotions, discounts, coupons, flash sales, festive campaigns aur marketplace advertising campaigns ko plan, execute aur optimize karna.

7. Customer & Seller Account Management: Customer queries, complaints, reviews, returns/refunds handle karna aur seller account health, ratings aur marketplace compliance maintain karna.

8. Sales Analytics & MIS: Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports, product performance, competitor pricing, marketplace trends, ROI, conversion rate aur business KPIs ka detailed analysis karna.

9. Required Skills: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, JioMart, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Marketplace SEO, Online Advertising, Analytics, Inventory & Sales Management ka strong practical knowledge required hai.
   
   Salary & Joining: Salary ₹28,000 CTC/month;
