Job Title: E-Commerce Listing & Sales Executive

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Company: Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing & Sales Executive to manage product listings, inventory, promotions, and sales operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, and marketplace sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and pricing.
Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for better visibility.

Marketplace Operations

Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.
Monitor product availability and inventory levels.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.

Order & Inventory Management

Process and track customer orders.
Update inventory and stock availability on all platforms.
Monitor returns, cancellations, and replacement requests.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

Track daily sales performance and marketplace reports.
Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities.
Support promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace advertisements.

Customer Support & Coordination

Respond to customer queries and marketplace messages.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.
Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of listings, inventory, and sales performance.
Generate MIS reports using Excel.

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Basic understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Product Listing, or Marketplace Management.
