Job Description: Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist

If you are a numbers-obsessed media buyer who knows how to scale ad spend while protecting bottom-line profitability, we want you to lead our digital growth.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end paid acquisition funnel and technical tracking infrastructure. Your core mission is to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to acquire high-value customers and corporate partners while maintaining a healthy, profitable ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce Performance Marketing or Lead Generation
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
E-commerce Scaling: Execute and scale high-converting paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive daily retail storefront revenue.
B2B Lead Generation: Build and manage targeted LinkedIn Ads campaigns to capture high-intent corporate leads (HRs, procurement managers, corporate gifting leads) for festive and seasonal bulk orders.
Funnel Architecture: Set up full-funnel strategies spanning cold audience prospecting, high-affinity lookalikes, and precision dynamic remarketing.
2. Technical Infrastructure & Data Tracking
Tagging & Implementation: Set up, audit, and maintain full tracking architecture using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Tag (Gtag).
Pixel & API Integrity: Manage Meta Pixels, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Conversion APIs to ensure accurate data flow, attribution, and server-side tracking.
Funnel Optimization: Audit the website checkout journey to identify data drop-offs, tracking discrepancies, or technical friction points hurting conversions.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Organic Visibility: Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to dominate search results for high-volume, high-intent transactional keywords (e.g., “buy traditional sweets online”, “premium corporate gifting boxes Mumbai”).
Search Console Audits: Monitor site health, indexation issues, and crawl errors via Google Search Console.
4. Reporting, Analytics & ROAS Optimization
Data Dashboards: Build and maintain daily/weekly performance reports tracking core metrics: Spend, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Creative Analysis: Analyze ad creative performance data (Hook Rates, Hold Rates) and brief the creative/video editing team on what concepts are winning so they can build more of them.
Skills & Technical Qualifications
Platform Mastery: Advanced, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Technical Tracking: Deep proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), custom event triggers, variables, and Gtag deployment.
SEO Toolkit: Proven understanding of search algorithms and technical site health. Experience with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a big advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and data visualization skills (Looker Studio) to turn raw numbers into actionable growth strategies.
