Job Overview
​We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who knows how to get our products to the Page 1 of search results. You will manage our sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Etsy using the Unicommerce platform. Your goal is to make sure our products are easy for customers to find and buy.
​Key Responsibilities
​Smart Keyword Placement: Find the best "search words" customers use and put them in the titles, bullet points, and back-end search terms at the right time (like before big sale events).
​Listing Optimization: Write product titles and descriptions that include high-traffic keywords naturally so they rank higher in search results.
​Unicommerce Management: Use Unicommerce as the "central hub" to process all orders, sync inventory, and ensure stock is updated across all sites instantly.
​Marketplace Growth: Handle the seller panels for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Etsy—from uploading photos to running ad campaigns.
​Inventory & Tracking: Monitor stock daily in the warehouse to avoid "Out of Stock" issues which hurt our search rankings.
​Returns & Claims: Manage customer returns and file claims (SPF/Safe-T) for any damaged items we receive.
​Reporting: Track which keywords are bringing in the most sales and adjust our strategy weekly.
​Required Skills
​E-Commerce SEO: You must know how to research keywords and where to place them (Front-end vs. Back-end) to increase visibility.
​Software Knowledge: Expert at using Unicommerce to manage orders and stock.
​Platform Experience: Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other major marketplaces.
​Basic Excel: Ability to use simple formulas to manage product data (SKUs).
​Simple Writing: Ability to write clear, "selling" descriptions using the right keywords.
