Job Description

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Online Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce marketplaces, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, and Snapdeal seller accounts.
Upload and update product listings.
Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Handle customer queries and returns.
Monitor pricing and marketplace performance.
Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
Prepare basic reports in Excel.
Support business growth through efficient online operations.
