- Support basic Etsy store management and day-to-day operations.

- Assist with product research, competitor research, and market trends.

- Maintain accurate product information, records, and customer details.

- Help improve product listings, titles, descriptions, and presentation.

- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth buying experience.

- Learn and support Etsy marketing, SEO, and online sales activities.

- Maintain professional communication with customers through Etsy and other business channels.
