We’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role focuses on improving the customer journey, increasing conversion rates, managing product listings, and driving online revenue through data-backed decisions and digital marketing strategies.
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.)
Upload, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, paid ads)
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Ensure a seamless customer experience from landing page to checkout
Track inventory levels and flag stock issues
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
Proven experience in e-commerce or online retail
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience with CRM and email marketing tools
