Job Description:

• Manage product listings, updates, and content accuracy on portals like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Coordinate order processing, packaging, delivery, and returns for smooth operations.

• Work with packaging vendors and ensure final packing meets portal specifications.

• Monitor online sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities.

• Track portal performance, analyze data, and report business outcomes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.

• Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders through delivery or store pickup.

• Implement data-driven activities, new business collaborations, and process improvements.

• Manage licensing or documentation requirements as needed by different portals.

• Maintain portal effectiveness and ensure high service standards across e-commerce operations.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E Commerce Executive.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Education: Graduation in any stream.
