E-Commerce Executive – JIASHAANTI

About the Role:
JIASHAANTI is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the JIASHAANTI Shopify website.
Add, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, and collections.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor website performance, product availability, and customer orders.
Handle marketplace operations, if applicable.
Assist in improving product visibility and online sales.
Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams for promotions, offers, and campaigns.
Regularly check website issues, broken links, product availability, and other e-commerce-related problems.
Prepare basic sales and performance reports.
Analyze online sales data and identify opportunities to improve conversions and revenue.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory.
Experience with Shopify is preferred.
Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, returns, and refunds.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
