Improved Product Listings: Enhanced existing product listings by optimizing titles, descriptions, and images, resulting in increased visibility and higher conversion rates.

➢ Created New Listings: Developed and launched new product listings with accurate details and compliance with platform guidelines, contributing to expanded product offerings.

➢ Claimed Reimbursement: Managed the claims process for returns, damages, and discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

➢ Audited Listings Across E-Commerce Platforms: Conducted regular audits of product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra etc to maintain consistency and accuracy.

➢ Streamlined Inventory Management: Coordinated warehouse, and Vendor Central shipments to ensure smooth operations and efficient inventory flow. ➢ Resolved Listing Errors: Addressed and resolved listing errors in collaboration with e-commerce customer support to ensure optimal product representation.

➢ Monitored E-Commerce Platforms: Acquired and applied in-depth knowledge of various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra, to leverage platform-specific features and policies.
