The brand is present across multiple channels: Franchise & Retail, E-commerce (B2B & B2C), Modern Retail, Institutional & Corporate Sales, and Overseas Amazon platforms.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Executive will assist in managing and executing daily online business operations across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Jiomart, and the company’s D2C website.
This role requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital commerce trends.
You will support the team in product listings, campaign execution, order processing, and data tracking to help achieve online sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listings & Catalog Management
• Create and update listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Jiomart, and D2C websites.
• Ensure product details, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for A+ content and brand storytelling.
2. Order Management & Operations
• Monitor orders, inventory, and stock levels across all marketplaces.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for on-time delivery and order fulfillment.
• Manage returns, replacements, and customer complaints efficiently.
3. Digital Marketing Support
• Assist in running sponsored ads (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Help track marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and prepare basic reports.
• Support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics: sales, traffic, conversion rate, and customer reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the E-commerce Manager.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and offers to maintain market positioning.
5. Coordination & Cross-Team Support
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, finance, and production teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain communication with online platforms and vendors for promotions and compliance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy and completeness of listings across platforms
• Monthly order volume and sales growth
• On-time fulfillment and low return rates
• Improvement in product ratings and reviews
• Campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI)
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Hub, Shopify, etc.)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for retail, digital commerce, and consumer brands
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
