Job Description

Job Summary

Frudo is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace and quick-commerce business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or BigBasket.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

  • Maintain product listings, catalogues, pricing, offers and product information.

  • Monitor sales, revenue, margins, conversion rates and inventory.

  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with marketplace and quick-commerce teams.

  • Monitor marketplace advertising and promotional performance.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance, marketing and supply-chain teams.

  • Ensure timely inventory replenishment and availability of products.

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

  • Analyse competitors, market trends and new growth opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve online sales and profitability.

  • Use relevant technology and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

  • Hands-on experience with major e-commerce or quick-commerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of online marketplace operations.

  • Experience with product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory management.

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • FMCG or Food & Beverage experience will be preferred.
