Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Manager to join our team at HivePulseMedia to manage and grow our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts

- Create and optimize product listings (title, images, description, keywords)

- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries on all platforms

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for inventory updates

- Track account health, ratings, and resolve any policy or compliance issues

- Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve visibility and sales

- Run and manage sponsored ads/promotions on marketplaces

- Coordinate with logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery

Requirements:

- Prior experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounts preferred

- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting

- Good communication skills
