1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

   • Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Ajio.

   • Ensure listing accuracy including descriptions, titles, pricing, images, and keywords.

   • Regularly update inventory and maintain stock levels.

2. Order & Inventory Management

   • Process orders, coordinate dispatches, manage returns and refunds.

   • Track and optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

   • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams.

3. Account Handling

   • Manage seller accounts across platforms, ensuring compliance with policies.

   • Monitor account health, resolve issues (e.g., account suspensions, listing errors).

   • Manage onboarding and documentation for Ajio (supplier registration, PO-based or dropship models).

4. Reports & Analytics

   • Generate and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, return rate, CTR).

   • Suggest improvements based on data insights.

5. Marketing & Promotions

   • Set up and manage deals, discounts, and campaigns (especially on Amazon and Flipkart).

   • Run basic PPC/ads on Amazon Seller Central (optional but preferred).

6. Compliance & Documentation

   • Ensure all listings and operations follow platform guidelines.

   • Keep updated documentation for GST, brand certificates, product compliance, packaging, etc.

7. Customer Service Support

   • Respond to customer queries and negative reviews.

   • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by coordinating timely deliveries and issue resolution.
