Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website and online sales platforms.
Oversee product listing, catalog management, uploading images, product descriptions, pricing updates, and regular content refresh.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for timely procurement and product availability.
Monitor online inventory, stock levels, and ensure accurate product data.
Analyze sales performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to improve online business results.
Handle order processing, customer queries, and ensure smooth coordination with logistics teams.
Optimize product visibility through SEO practices, promotional campaigns, and marketplace strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports and share improvement plans with management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales processes.
Good command of English and Hindi (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of product photography, listing standards, and content formatting.
Preferred Experience
1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, product listing, catalog handling, or online marketplace operations.
Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
Familiarity with digital marketing basics.
