E-Commerce Manager (FMCG / Grocery Platforms)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to handle all marketplace operations across Blinkit, BigBasket, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon & others.
The role requires strong knowledge of catalog management, ads, inventory planning, marketing coordination and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations

• Manage seller panels (Blinkit, BB, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon).

• Create & optimize listings (titles, bullets, keywords, SEO).

• Improve visibility ranking and category placement.

• Upload CSV sheets, new launches & variations.

2. Ads & Promotions

• Run and optimize Blinkit & BigBasket Sponsored Ads.

• Track CPC, CPM, CTR, SOV and reduce ACoS.

• Plan offers, badges & festive promotions.

3. Pricing & Margin Management

• Set platform pricing based on MRP rules.

• Maintain margins and check profitability weekly.

• Compare competitor prices & adjust strategy.

4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Track daily stocks across fulfillment centers.

• Coordinate inward/outward with warehouses.

• Predict demand to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reporting.

• Visibility, ad performance & ranking analysis.

• Payment reconciliation with platform reports.

6. Cross-Team Communication

• Work with design team for images & creatives.

• Coordinate with production & dispatch teams.

• Communicate with platform KAMs for growth.

Skills Required

• Must have hands-on experience with Blinkit/BB/Zepto seller panels.

• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, CTR, ACoS, SOV.

• Good Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Understanding of FMCG marketplace behaviour.

• Good communication skills.
