1. E-Commerce Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads/Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.

Improve the company's social media presence through engaging and relevant content.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising spend for better results.

Prepare regular marketing and campaign performance reports.

Coordinate with design and content teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.

Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies.

Focus on improving online sales, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

6 months – 1 year of experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.

Basic understanding of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.

Good communication and analytical skills.

2. Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about products and services.

Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and requests professionally.

Contact leads and generate sales through effective communication.

Maintain customer information and calling records.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good Hindi communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

3. Data Operator

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry and database management tasks.

Maintain and update data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Organize and maintain company records accurately.

Verify data and correct errors when required.

Prepare daily reports and required documentation.

Maintain and manage internal company data systematically.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of important information.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets preferred.

Good typing speed with accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (In-Hand)
