Job Title: Quick Commerce Executive / Manager

Location: [Rai, Sonipat]Haryana
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 3 – 6 Years in Quick Commerce / E-grocery / FMCG Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end quick commerce operations, including inventory planning, stock availability, and timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with Blinkit, Zepto, and other aggregator platforms to maximize product visibility, sales, and customer reach.

• Oversee warehouse/store-level operations including inwarding, dispatch, and returns.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure continuous stock availability.

• Analyze sales trends, demand forecasting, and consumer buying patterns for effective stock management.

• Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, TAT (Turnaround Time), and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.

• Work closely with the accounts and finance team for reconciliation of sales and payments from platforms.

• Implement process improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–6 years) with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Dunzo, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of inventory & supply chain management.

• Hands-on experience with aggregator dashboards & seller panels.

• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and basic ERP/Tally will be an advantage.
