We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with good knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart Seller Panels and complete marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Accounts on a daily basis.
Create and manage single and bulk product listings.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and other listing content.
Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Create and manage FBA/FBM and Flipkart shipments.
Manage inventory, stock updates, replenishment, and stock-out issues.
Create shipments and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
Manage pricing, offers, deals, coupons, and promotions.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy issues.
Handle customer and marketplace support cases.
Resolve listing, catalog, inventory, order, and shipment-related issues.
Monitor sales reports and prepare basic performance reports.
Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support teams whenever required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both marketplace accounts.
