About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our export company and manage day-to-day e-commerce and website activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and engaging product listings, updating the online store, conducting product research, and ensuring that product content is complete, visually appealing, and up to date.

Strong written English, attention to detail, and a creative approach to product content are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.

• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, categories, and other catalog information.

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.

• Conduct product research and enrich product information as required.

• Perform basic SEO optimization for product pages.

• Update website content, including banners, collections, product pages, and promotional content.

• Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for product images, banners, and other creative assets.

• Regularly check product pages for incorrect information, broken links, missing images, and other catalog issues.

• Ensure the online store remains accurate, organized, visually appealing, and up to date.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management.

• Experience with product listing and catalog management.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and HTML.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good writing and proofreading skills.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and website content management.

• Ability to coordinate with different teams and complete tasks within deadlines.

• A creative eye for product presentation and online merchandising.
