Job Summary

Brandtisers Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing sales team.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and achieve monthly revenue goals.

• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other platforms.

• Identify potential clients who need digital marketing and branding services.

• Pitch and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, branding, and lead generation.

• Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Train team members in sales techniques, objection handling, and client communication.

• Monitor daily sales reports, follow-ups, conversions, and individual team performance.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of digital marketing services and their benefits.

• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
