Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing campaigns, brand presence, and lead-generation strategies. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Oversee SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing activities.

• Analyze web traffic metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.

• Plan and monitor the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent branding.

• Generate leads and track conversion rates to measure ROI.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tools.

• Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage a team and multiple projects efficiently.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance).
