Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head, Digital Marketing

Location: Times Square Building, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Operational hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (Mon to Fri)- Work from Office.

Half/Full day on Saturday- Work from home.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to support the Digital Marketing team in executing and managing day-to-day digital operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth functioning of digital campaigns, platforms, and communication channels while maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across WhatsApp (WA) and email channels

• Handle helpdesk operations and resolve/escalate queries in a timely manner

• Upload, update, and maintain content across digital platforms (websites, apps, portals)

• Monitor and manage online responses, comments, and interactions across digital channels

• Track and monitor the health and performance of digital platforms on an ongoing basis

• Conduct analytics on user behavior and generate reports/insights to support campaign optimization

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies for campaign execution

• Ensure adherence to pharma industry compliance and regulatory guidelines in all digital communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing operations

• Familiarity with email/WA marketing tools, CMS platforms, and basic analytics tools

• Efficient with MS Office tools, like MS Excel, MS Office and Powerpoint.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills in English language for query/helpdesk management

• Basic understanding of pharma regulatory/compliance norms is a plus
