Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns to generate quality leads and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Build and optimize landing pages for property listings and lead capture using tools like WordPress, Wix, or Unbounce.

• Identify high-intent keywords and audience segments to target home buyers, real estate investors, and NRIs.

• Track, analyze, and report on lead quality, cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI.

• Manage and nurture leads through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the real estate sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and feedback on lead quality.

• Perform basic SEO and implement organic strategies to improve visibility on Google and real estate listing platforms.

• Utilize CRM tools to organize, qualify, and monitor the status of each lead through the sales funnel.

• Stay updated with market trends, local property demand, and real estate digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on real estate lead generation.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and lead tracking tools.

• Experience working with real estate portals (like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

• Excellent communication, content, and copywriting skills tailored for real estate audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Video ad creation for property walkthroughs.

• WhatsApp automation using tools like WATI or Interakt.

• Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other behavior-tracking tools.

• Local SEO and Google My Business management.
