Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Unisel Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing efforts for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, building brand visibility, and managing digital campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Generate and optimize real estate leads through paid and organic channels
Manage social media pages and online brand presence
Handle SEO, SEM, and website performance
Coordinate with sales team for lead tracking and conversion
Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports
Manage content, creatives, and promotional activities

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of paid ads, SEO, and social media marketing
Good analytical and communication skills
Lead generation experience is a must
