🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social platforms.

• Campaign Management: Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and CPL.

• Content & Landing Pages: Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets.

• Marketing Automation: Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

• SEO & SEM: Drive organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure lead quality.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation

• Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

• Real estate industry experience is a plus
