Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the overall growth marketing strategy.
· Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, app downloads, registrations, engagement and affiliate conversions.
· Create quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
· Build strategies across the complete marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and referral.
· Plan and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
· Develop campaigns for user acquisition, app installs, traffic, lead generation, retargeting and conversions.
· Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve CAC, CPI, CTR, ROAS and conversion rates.
· Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop effective advertisements and landing pages.
· Plan and execute email campaigns for acquisition, engagement and retention.
· Create automated email journeys for onboarding, recommendations, abandoned actions, re-engagement and offers.
· Ensure accurate campaign tracking through GA4, GTM, pixels, events and attribution tools.
· Develop strategies to increase app installs, registrations, active users and repeat usage.
· Improve onboarding journeys and first-time user activation.
· Build strategies to increase daily and monthly active users.
· Work with the product and technology teams to improve user journeys, in-app engagement and conversion.
· Track app uninstall rates, retention cohorts and user behaviour.
· Understand app attribution and measurement through tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer or similar platforms.
· Develop retention strategies to improve repeat visits, engagement and customer lifetime value.
· Build automated communication journeys for onboarding, re-engagement and retention.
· Plan personalised campaigns based on user behaviour and preferences.
· Track retention rate, churn rate, repeat sessions and user lifetime value.
· Develop a push-notification calendar for the website and mobile application.
· Create segmented and personalised notifications based on user interests and behaviour.
· Plan notifications around new products, price drops, deals, content, beauty routines and seasonal trends.
· Optimise notification timing, frequency, messaging and calls to action.
· Develop the social media strategy for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
· Create monthly content calendars aligned with beauty trends, platform objectives and audience interests.
· Plan influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
· Build weekly and monthly growth dashboards and Reports.
