Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, conversions, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

  • Monitor performance and prepare basic reports with insights.

  • Support SEO, SEM, and social media marketing activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital Marketing/performance marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Experience with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
