Job description:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to help grow our brand, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website pages.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage the company’s social media presence, including daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Perform SEO/SEM tasks to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Assist in planning and executing online promotions, events, and product launches.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram),
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing (1+ year preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
