Technical Documentation & Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our solvent distillation factory team as a Technical Documentation & Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing all technical paperwork, data reporting, compliance-related documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer software, possess strong multitasking skills, and be comfortable coordinating between departments, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, maintain, and update all technical documents and reports related to solvent distillation operations.
• Collect, enter, and analyze lab data; prepare reports in Excel and other relevant tools.
• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for documentation, compliance records, and registers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to track the status of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time to meet compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, drafting emails, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Assist in digital tasks including basic digital marketing, content updates, and handling social media entries under supervision.
• Create and maintain organized Excel sheets, charts, and summaries for data representation.
• Stay updated on new software tools and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Act as the point of contact for day-to-day coordination of document flow, compliance updates, and client queries.
• Support management in miscellaneous operational and administrative activities as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other everyday computer applications.
• Decent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn new tools, software, and processes quickly.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with clients, laboratories, internal teams, and vendors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in technical administrative roles or documentation will be advantageous.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
