Run and manage paid ads on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram.

Generate new users and consultation leads for the SkillYatri platform.

Optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI and lower cost per lead.

Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

Do A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting to improve results.

Work with the content and design team to create effective ad creatives.

Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

Prepare performance reports and suggest strategies to scale marketing.
