Digital marketing manager

Role Overview :

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all online marketing strategies to improve brand presence, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid campaigns, SEO, analytics, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Oversee SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.

Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, branding, and lead generation.

Manage social media presence across all relevant platforms.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools or strategies.

Develop marketing automation workflows to improve engagement and conversion.

Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and web analytics.

Good understanding of content strategy, branding, and lead generation funnels.

Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement changes quickly.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
