🎯 Role Summary
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end digital growth, including content creation, videography, lead generation, and lead follow-ups.
This is a high-ownership role where you will directly contribute to generating and converting leads.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation
• Handle incoming leads (3–5/day) and make initial calls
• Explain company services and qualify leads
• Maintain daily lead pipeline and follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings/site visits
2. Content Creation & Social Media
• Plan and execute monthly content strategy
• Publish 15+ posts/month (Reels + Posts + Carousels)
• Create:
Site progress videos
Before/after content
Educational reels
• Grow followers, engagement, and reach
3. Videography & Editing
• Shoot and edit site videos, walkthroughs, testimonials
• Create high-quality reels and short videos
• DSLR preferred / high-quality phone acceptable
4. Website, SEO & Blogging
• Manage and update company website
• Publish 8–10 blog posts/month (SEO-focused)
• Optimize website for lead conversion
• Handle local SEO & Google Business Profile (GMB)
• Improve organic visibility and lead flow
5. Reporting & Optimization
• Track leads, CPL, and performance
• Share weekly reports
• Continuously improve campaigns and content

• 20–40 qualified leads/month
• 15+ content posts/month
