Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, website copy, social media posts, and advertising banners.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, purchasing patterns, and industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategy.
Brand Management: Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms to build and maintain brand awareness.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities, managing logistics and materials.
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics and CRM software, preparing reports for management and suggesting improvements.
Administrative Responsibilities
Departmental Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing and sometimes sales teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Budget Management Support: Assist with the preparation, monitoring, and tracking of the marketing budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Vendor and Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, advertising agencies, and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and other operational requirements.
Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between the marketing department and other teams such as Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance.
General Office Duties: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and managing invoices/billing as needed.
