Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Content Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest.
Build monthly social media calendars aligned with campaigns, new launches, and seasonal trends.
Coordinate with design and video teams to generate reels, product explainers, and UGC.
2. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
Strategically manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to drive website traffic & D2C sales.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR) with actionable insights.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to constantly improve performance.
3. SEO & Website Sales Funnel
Improve website SEO for organic traffic and product rankings on Google.
Work with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs, product descriptions & landing pages.
Implement and optimize sales funnels to reduce bounce rate and improve conversions.
4. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Marketing
Coordinate with account managers from Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit etc. for ad placements, deals, and platform campaigns.
Plan budgets and optimize spend across platforms to boost visibility and sales.
5. Influencer Marketing
Identify, reach out, and negotiate with relevant beauty/fashion/lifestyle influencers for product reviews, giveaways, and UGC.
Build long-term relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers.
6. WhatsApp Marketing & CRM
Set up and manage WhatsApp campaigns for new launches, festive offers, abandoned cart recovery, and loyalty engagement.
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and segment audiences for personalized outreach.
