Job Description

We are looking for a Digital marketing manager to join our team at Recruiter Bee to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 50,000 - ₹ 90,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.
  • Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.
  • Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.
  • Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.
  • Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies

  • Own and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, status updates, and reporting calls
  • Ensure campaigns and deliverables remain on track, in scope, and aligned with client goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy
  • Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals to build trust and transparency
  • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities before they arise
  • Maintain a minimum 95% client retention rate and NPS score of 8+
  • Communicate proactively, remain accountable, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
