Job description
- We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager for our IVF
vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the IVF
department and its services on all digital platforms.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns targeting couples, families,
and individuals seeking fertility treatments.
- Work with senior management to ensure marketing strategies align with
the hospitals objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the IVF department.
- Plan & Generate organic & paid leads through various digital marketing
channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Youtube, website etc.).
- Drive external agency & internal departments to reach the business
goals.
- Visit the IVF branches regularly for meeting relevant centre
heads/team to discuss & achieve targets.
- Drive & monitor the telecalling team to engage with prospective IVF
patients and address inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Drive
daily work, conversions and targets.
- Creating weekly/monthly performance reports of all initiatives for
presentation/discussion with management.
- Have excellent communication and MS office, Excel skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduation/post graduation in Healthcare Administration or Marketing.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, healthcare/IVF
experience will be preferred.
Salary between 40-55k
